Being Anna’s photographer for her Windsor Guildhall wedding was like being with family as we’ve known each other our whole lives. We grew up a few miles apart, our parents were friends before we were born and Anna’s mum, Linda is my Godmother. Anna described the natural and unposed stlye of photography she wanted to her mum. “Have you seen James’ site?”. Anna hadn’t but wanted exactly what I do – quietly observe, document and not direct anyone or anything.

Anna and Neil had a lovely relaxed day with close family present for the ceremony and dear friends arriving for the evening celebrations. I had the trust and freedom to do what I do best. It was Anna’s Dad who spotted the bridesmaid’s teddy resting in the fireplace for the ceremony.
