A personal recommendation is always great and Mark got in touch after I was recommended by Wendy and Phil whose wedding I photographed last year. Emily and Mark planned a laid back, fun and informal day for their Leeford Place wedding near Battle in East Sussex.

Thankfully the weather was on our side which meant full use of the bouncy castle, jenga, croquet and stomp rockets. Kids of all ages took full advantage of the toys before and after the ceremony and Emily and Mark even managed to sneak a moment on the bouncy castle. The whole day was relaxed with no pressure on anyone to do anything but have fun, celebrate and even shake some moves to Mark’s rekindled band. The staff at Leeford Place were really helpful and friendly and I also had the chance to chat to Veronika from Brown and Reeves who diligently prepared and tended the evening’s hog roast for a good six hours to be able to serve it bang on time.
